"Totally unprofessional! Customer service was horrible. First, the tech called and said he was running late and asked if I could drive to him in lakewood (I'm in Lacey) i didn't have time to do that and besides, it's supposed to be MOBILE, meaning they come to us so i said no. When he arrived the technician asked if I could pull my car into the garage because it had been raining I said no (I have an RV blocking it.) The tech said "I don't want to get my clothes wet" and walked back to his van and left. I have a pop-up tent I could have put up, but I didn't even have a chance to tell him because he just left. I called and filed a complaint but never heard back about that. Then, the phone rep scheduled an appointment for Monday. Then someone called and said they couldn't do Monday and that it would have to be Wednesday. I had already called another company and set an appointment for Wednesday, and they were $20 cheaper, so i went with them. The bottom line is that this company doesn't care about the customer. Do yourself a favor and just go with another company and avoid the hassle of dealing with them..."

"I keep getting texts saying that my technician is set to arrive ( at whatever time ) yet, both times I have not talked to anyone to set up any appointments or times. It seems to be this place only fits u in , if it works around thier schedule and time. You get no say in the matter and don’t get told what day or time THEY have scheduled the appointment for you until an hour before the technician is suppose to arrive. Do you get people have lives? I don’t know how you can run a business like this…. Literally the stupidest company."

"Terrible. Waiting for technician currently and it is well past his window of service. He won’t answer any calls or texts. No one can provide me an ETA. I just need my windshield replaced."

"Called to get a quote as they were the closest shop to me open on Sunday. Was told they don’t service my area and hung up on without another word. Not servicing someone 2 miles away seems a bit ridiculous, and hanging up on them definitely won’t get you any more business."

"Glass America I found out is a sub contractor. I called Gerber Collisiin and Glass and was provided a quick and accurate quote. They offered mobile service at no extra charge and said they guaranteed their work. I was called the morning of the appointment and given a time window. Inwas not there but they were able to do the install anyway. The person performing the install was great at communicating and I appreciated that. He sent me an invoice via email and told me all went well. I will update the review once I inspect it and see how it performs. So far a great experience."
