"My old car needed a water pump, a thermostat, 2 radiator hoses, and an exhaust manifold gasket. I needed the car asap as it’s our only transportation to medical services which we frequently need. They quoted me $1800 which sounded high but I authorized it because I really needed the car back quickly. That $1800 ended up including $400 for replacing 2 radiator hoses. Yeah, highway robbery. Long story short, 3 different shops in town quoted me between $1210.00 and $1400, including tax out the door. Be wise, go elsewhere."

"Car broke down while out of town and needed the repair performed quickly. Found this place after doing some searches. Spoke with Dennis who advised they could look at it the same day. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue, and knock out some basic maintenance by end of the day, which was perfect for my need. They advised on additional items to remain aware of -- which were urgent and which were not. Hopefully I won't need to come back to Expert Auto Repair, but if I run into any other car-related issues, I know who I'm calling."

"The blend door motor went out in my car and they got me right in and diagnosed the issue quickly. (I had no idea what the issue was, but when I explained what was going on, they knew what was wrong) It took a couple days for the part to come in, but that’s ok as I had other ways to get to work. The customer service is exceptional and would definitely recommend. I had also taken my old car to get my ignition fixed(had too many’s keys on my ring, oops) and I remembered back then the customer service being exceptional. I was worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but it was very reasonable. And this was including the diagnostic fee. One more thing that really stood out. A couple of months ago when I was parking under the carport, I took the turn too wide and hit the green wooden pole, and had the paint transfer to my white car. They somehow got the paint off and it looks brand new! I didn’t even say one thing to them about it, and they took it upon themselves to fix. I REALLY appreciate that. And this makes their customer service stand out THAT much more. Again, I would 100% recommend Expert Auto Repair. I didn’t have a picture of before, but you can’t even tell now!"

"Great service, very friendly, knowledgable mechanics. Dennis is great to work with and the owner, Kevin, is very kind! You're not going to find a better shop anywhere in town, I promise. There is a reason you see other reviews for this shop that have customers that have been coming to them for years! The labor rates are reasonable and they take the time to explain, and show you the issue. They're HONEST, and are not going to sell you a bunch of extra services you don't need, and they actually care about the work they do. I can tell you these things with the utmost confidence. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I am mechanically inclined and can do some repairs myself. The hours of labor they quoted for the the repair were done by the actual amount of time it took them to do the job. Pricing for the parts were normal, but also, the quality of those parts were obvious. They were not some cheap junk, and there wasn't a huge markup like you're going to find with someone else.They have integrity, and that is a very rare trait in the automotive industry these days. Trust the reviews! I did, and they didn't disappoint! One very happy customer. Thank you guys! :)"
