"Shopping for shoes has mostly become an online experience. With my size being so popular I rarely found what I needed. Online because my go to. But the fit wasn't always right many shoes had to be returned. Then my cousin wanted to go into Genty's Footwear Tacoma, I discovered a wall full of the Brooks I was looking for. I was greeted and helped by Brenna. Although they were out of my size Brenna checked availability. Two weeks later she sent me a text. Happy owner of a perfectly fitting pair of Brooks. Brenna is AWESOME."
