"I love this store and its prices. I can always find all kinds of beautiful furniture pieces, and for the most part all the employees are very nice and helpful. But a woman named Connie in this specific location was the most unpleasant person to talk to. Incredibly, just shockingly rude. I was interested in a gazebo that was out on the floor ( no price tag no name) I was a customer who was ready to buy. I asked an employee how do I buy and was prompted to talk to Connie in the furniture department. I told her I was interested in buying the gazebo on the floor and it had no price tag. She told me then to go online and find out which one it was. She also told me she was about to clock off so she could not help me. ( refused to ) She called another associate over sergi ( who tried his best to help me as he had the same issue on finding price tag.) he contacted his manager who helped us. I believe his name was Alejandro who is incredibly nice and also tried to help me find this product or nearby stores. Long story short. I ended up having to buy online while I was in store and had a really bad experience with this particular employee named Connie, this is completely unacceptable as a manager and a sales environment. I would never have someone like this on my team, she is decreasing sales and customer retention . Matthew, Sergi and Alejandro were amazing with great customer service. Thank you for dealing with me."

"They won't let paying customers use thier bathroom. I can understand homeless people use them to do drugs. But actual paying customers? I am older and have physical issues that.....when I gotta go? I gotta go! For them to deny me? I'll take my business dolllar elsewhere. Isnt it a law that businesses within city limits have to have accessible facility's? Either way. Screw Bigots."

"For the most part it was an actually a good experience. I got what I was looking for at the price that they said I live by the one over in Tacoma and it just ain't even close to that one. That one was a lot better store"

"Always looks messy and trashy in this store. Its as if the workers dont take any pride what so ever in their store. The only department that ever looks clean and organized is the seasonal section. For right now it's the Christmas area. Why doesn't the manager expect the workers to actually work? You have piles of trashy stuff all around the cashiers area while the cashier just stands there doing nothing to straighten up or anything in between the one or two customers now and then. Now as for the products in the store...the shelves are empty or just all over the place. They have nice items but they really should have more than 10% of of their items displayed nicely. Kudos to the worker in charge of home decor aisle and seasonal aisles. The rest of areas workers need to get with the program and work with some pride. There's no reason for it to look like it does."

"Employees are always pleasant. Busy restocking shelves. Sure wish all the products had price stickers. Lots of items can be found in the "markdown" sections. I still look at the expiration dates. Some holiday items go on sale before the season is even over. They start getting a lot of Autumn and Halloween decor. Fun times!"
