"Do not get one of those push carts that you rent to push your child in through the mall. Don’t try to shop at torrid with it I got stuck hitting everything trying to move in that little packed store got stuck in a couple spots lol. Cashiers extra slow ringing people up in front of me. That was annoying ."
"Store hours don't align with the mall. They were open late and close early. When I went to the store most sizes they were out of. I purchased a shirt that fell apart when I put on. I think the online Torrid experience is better."
"My partner and I visit this store regularly. Recently I saw an advertisements for a pair of leggings I was interested in. As we entered the store an employee greeted us and asked if there was anything she could help with, I promptly pulled up the leggings to show her what we were looking for. She immediately identified that they weren't on the floor yet and asked what size, I was unsure of sizing and she processed that the leggings were for me and mentioned what size she thought I awould wear based on what size she wore. She then went back and grabbed a pair for us, and as we were looking at the clearance section mentioned it was an extra 70% off the red sticker price! We picked out a few items, including another pair of leggings because regular items were buy one get one 50% off. At the register we were assisted by Mary and I believe it was Carla who found the leggings for me. Thank you so much, you are always so wonderful!"

"I went here for some returns. I was hoping I could find something I couldn't resist. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I was surprised, because I usually do at my home store in Olympia. But the store really didn't have that many items. I was surprised to see so many warm pants. Summer just started! Torrid is still my favorite store to shop. They really should hire more sells associates. That is the issue in Olympia too."
