"Normally these pair dumplings are just fantastic. But today we got one and it was awful (it was hard and not ripe before it was baked) and they refused to give us a good one. For $8 they should have said ok and given us a good one since that pair isn't right but they didn't. We drove from Portland to get these because they are normally wonderful. We won't be doing that again lousy customer service today."
