"Great vibes at this place. The majority of my drinking occurred off-premises (two mini kegs!) but this brewery rocks. Excellent decor, delicious beers, and decent food to pair with. Their India red ale fell a bit flat, but their other IPAs are great as well as their kolsch! Definitely check them out."
"We're here on a very busy labor day weekend and we were told 20 minutes to wait, 35 minutes to get our table. Great waiter, but seems like they're understaffed. People behind us were sat before us and got up and left, didn't want to wait. We waited because we've eaten here before and loved the pizza and they offer a gluten free crust. We ordered 2 drinks a piece as well. We'll come again."
"We had just finished a job in downtown Hood River, and my wife was famished and wanted a healthy salad. Most of the restaurants weren't showing salads on their websites, but this one did. Now I know that this is a brew pub, but we don't drink, so I ordered an Iced Tea, which they had, but I’m a diabetic and I asked for artificial sweetener. They didn't have any. My wife ordered coffee. It was lukewarm at best and tasteless, according to her. I had a Turkey Bacon Cheddar sandwich, which was quite large and tasty, but the side salad was ridiculous! They chopped the cherry tomatoes in half and chopped the onions but didn't bother to cut the lettuce into bite sized pieces. My wife had the same problem with her Caesar Salad. To complcate matters, the only utensils on the table were forks. She also told me the chicken was bland and would prefer shredded parmasean cheese to the grated cheese she got. As we were eating, a party of six was seated next to us. Water and menus were brought to them quickly. But then, nobody came back to them even though they were near the passageway where the 10 plus (we counted them) waitstaff were passing by. They finally got up and left. All in all, it was not a good experience for us. We won't return."
"This was our fourth brewery in Hood River and it did not disappoint. It has more of a local tavern feel. There is two large indoor seating areas and outside they have tables and street booths. The beer is good and service was fast. The decor is fun. Kids are welcome and there is lots of street parking nearby."
