From the very start, they were extremely honest, responsive, and informative about our options. After several quotes, they were the first and ONLY company to bring up the severe wind damage found on our roof. It was so bad, that they highly recommended we consider filing a claim with our insurance company. Never having to go through this process, Jessica and her team made it extremely EASY by explaining what to expect, and handling everything on the back end for us. Sure enough, after sending out an adjuster, our insurance company agreed with the wind damage, and covered the claim.
