"I approved a quote for 650 for my 2000 square foot home. However, when the technicians arrived to do the work - the technician google mapped my house and shared the square footage is 3000 square foot - I misunderstood with my unfinished basement. The technician indicated the cost will be an additional 200 dollars. However, the cost was 1000 dollars. I was disappointed in the lack of organization with how they managed quotes. I suggested having a technician come out and review the house specs first to ensure an accurate quote. If the quote is wrong - it shouldn’t be on the customer. The technicians were respectful and treated my house like their own. However, after the technicians inspecting my AC unit - they forgot to reattach the panel and the wires were exposed."

He has excellent customer service skills. I will highly recommend him and Culex Repairs LLC to my friends and family and would ask him by name to come back if I needed future jobs done."
