"Terrible service. No called no showed with the first appointment. I had to call them to figure out my package never got to them. They said they would call with an update the following day which they did not. I gave them an extra two days with no follow up call. I can handle a late shipment but the lack of communication and customer service is horrid."
"I ordered 2 chairs from Walmart that are to be delivered by this company. I had delivery scheduled for tomorrow. They called and asked if I would accept delivery early. I agreed, and disposed of the piece of furniture that was being replaced. I called the delivery service 5 minutes before the cut off time just to be told "their driver bailed on them". First off, don't offer early delivery unless you know it can be done. Secondly, don't make the customer call you. They should have notified me as soon as they knew the driver was not going to do their job."
"Missed scheduled delivery of my television from Amazon (said it arrived late). Rescheduled to next day (Saturday), but they failed to put the appointment in. Took a supervisor from Corporate to light a fire under them, but they brought it as soon as possible on Saturday afternoon. A for effort, D for planning and communication. Seems like they have a hard time keeping customers in the loop; you have to reach out to them."
"So, so bad. Scheduled a return of a treadmill through Amazon. 4 hour window. WE HAD TO BE HERE!! No call, no show. Worst business ever. If I ran my business this,way I would be out of business. FU Pilot Freight. You suck."
"Have been waiting for a delivery for a purchase from Amazon for over a week, but Pilot keeps changing the delivery date. Unreliable service at this point and disapointed. Will be more then happy to update and rate accordingly when and if my package is delivered."
