"The staff are all cares about every pet that comes through their doors. Our cat was had to have emergency surgery and we had taken to another facility. But as he was being discharged the following day we were told to come and our cat, HoneyBear, a male 18.5 year old cat was treated as their guest cat of honor. I would have to say this place needs to be given 100 stars"
"This place is 50/50. We’ve taken multiple of our fur-babies here. They have been very helpful. I would take my animals here for basic check up’s, but I most likely would not bring for an urgent, or serious matter. My most recent visit was not the best- The visit was over 3 hours just to do an x-ray. The vet told me to make an appointment for a sonogram before I left. The front desk told me they would have to call me to schedule this. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard back. The technician then went over my pets medications and still had not brought my cat out to me. I had to wait almost another ten minutes for her to be brought out to me. I think it’s possible they sent my cat out with someone else- I asked the tech if she was ready, and the tech quickly went outside then came back in with a cat ‘hidden’ in her arms. I can’t say for sure, but it definitely came off that way. I took my cat elsewhere. No need to call for the sonogram appointment."
