"Had a great experience while shopping at a local stater bros. Lots of friendly smiles..I'm giving ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars because at the end when it was time to pay the cashier muttered a few remarks to a fellow employee about how i couldnt find my card and how it was just adding loads of work on top of what he had already. Im not the type to complain but it was really embarrassing being looked at as an inconvenience! Don't get me wrong I always have a great experience shopping at staters it's always nice and neat with a chill and mellow atmosphere just might need to work a tiny bit on customer service is all :) but no hard feelings keep up the good work!"
"Missouri place to go when you need food meat most likely and the they got items four 5 dollars all throw the store like coffee creamer experience it pretty good place to shop at no problems and don't really have to wait in line and that's about it and the workers are great please pretty much down to earth employees are number #1in my books thank you stater Bros."
"Well obviously they DO NOT take customer experience seriuosly no call back no response to email. Not one word except this so called response below. Horrible bakery. Very sloppy work. Lop sided cake. Writing looks like a 2 yr old did it lines on cake all crooked. When I brought this to their attention at pick up was told well cakes are hard to make. Seriously!! The find someone that knows how to do their job! Knowing how unhappy we were with the cake not to even offer a discount! Would have walked out but unfortunately this was right before my son's bday party today and had no time to go anywhere else. Trusted them to do a decent job. Go elsewhere do not trust them to do decent job!!!"
"What to say about the neighborhood stater brothers there's homeless on the outside on the side and around the area but nice in the inside very clean. Deli counter lady with pink hat was helpful in helping me pick out chicken wings and chicken tenders. The hot stuff I did get was fresh .She explained that the cold chicken wings aren't taxed but if cooked they do get taxed didn't know that. I love learning new things. She was very helpful and professional to me through the whole process as well as the lady Becky at the front register."
