"Dr. Sanchez is a crook of the worst kind. Her office does not communicate with each other. They give bad information and then blame the patient. Do not bring your pet here if you don't want them to be given a death sentence. She not only took almost 400 dollars for blood work and urinalysis she did not provide the prescription refills that were the very reason I paid for the blood work. When I called her out on it she became patronizing, calling me honey and when I told her to stop calling me that she doubled down and said it louder and harder..she is a liar and a thief."

"They assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for the care and compassion an elderly dog needs when it's time to go."

"Sad to say, the office help were very unpleasant. I waited numerous times over one hour past my set appointment time and the one time I cancelled my appointment 20 minutes before our set time. I was informed to pay $55. The office help would not give my dog his treatment or medicine. It seemed as if it was all about money. Office help lied on different occasions. Very disappointing."

"Office staff are nice, and they try their best to get their job done. We take such good care of our pets that the vet tech even let us adopt a kitten that was abandoned as a stray. That being said, Dr. Sanchez has terrible manners when it comes to talking to pet owners. Our dog, who we used to bring in for acupuncture, had a loose tooth or two that we already knew about. Saying our dog is going to have tooth decay, infections, total scare tactics. She tried to shame my wife into spending over $1,000, saying that she could take out credit if needed! The gall on her to assume my wife's financial situation is where she crossed the line. We took our dog to his primary vet. She took out 2 teeth for $200 and said everything was fine. Always get a second opinion, especially with Dr. Sanchez."

"My lil fur baby began vomiting this past weekend after inhaling fumes from bathroom that had been reglazed earlier in the day. On Monday I took her to a local vet who just sent us home with oral medication. Over the course of 24 hours my kitty was getting worse. I called that vet again on Wednesday but was greeted by rude staff which made me upset. Thankfully my boyfriend referred me to Loving Hands Animal Hospital. Their receptionist Madison answered the call. She was extremely attentive and showed so much compassion which provided that little hope I was looking for. My kitty was seen that morning. Dr. Sanchez came into the room and right away I noted her wonderful demeanor. She not only cared for my kitty but as well made sure to provide me with the support I needed at that time. All treatment was explained in a manner I understood which allowed me to trust this office even further with the care of my baby. My kitty did stay with them for about 6 hours for testing and treatment. Upon arriving for discharge, I was again greeted by friendly smiles by the staff, nurse Haley, and Dr. Sanchez. I can’t ever thank you ladies enough for saving my little one. My lil fur baby is slowly showing signs of improvement and getting back to her normal routine.
