"I love this place. This is the only place I know that has Bill Jack dry and can food for my dog. The employees are friendly specially Robert he is very helpful, polite and he always has a big smile. Matt the Supervisor is very nice and friendly. I also bring my dog Nory here for grooming. If you ever bring your dog for grooming here ask for Destiny she is friendly, respectful, professional and always has a big beautiful smile. Nory loves her she is very caring. If she does your dogs grooming you will be happy and your dog will appreciate her. Her name is DESTINY."
"I made a purchase on Sunday 5, 2022. I asked for the 20% off and my phone was not able to log into to show proof of discount. The clerk was argumentative and disrespectful. After a few minutes of going back and forth, she gave me the saving and I double it and gave it back to charity. The manager was not helpful at all. The staff should take some SEL classes to be able to treat customers with respect and empathy. These do not cost a thing to give."
