"Drop off a prescription but was ask to go to another city. when i got there and they can not fill the prescription because it a specialty and ask me to go back to Chino. Got there a lady in front of me said that she been waiting for 20min. ask her make sure you go to the counter and we waited for 5min and saying hello , so that they be able notice us. when it get to my turn i explain to him what happen and he looking it up in the computer and said to me that he can not do it and try to give me the prescription back and i told him per Pharmacy at Diamond Bar that it a specialty medication and they need to key-in the system and the CVS will contact us. Dr. Mosses finally key-in the prescription and inform that CVS specialty store will contact us. Ask him whey they sent we all the way to DiamondBar and I end up have to come back to chino and his answer is that they can do it over there but i told all my wife prescription are here. Instead apologizing he keepsaid he is not there when it happen."
