Urgent Pet

"I had a senior dog who had sudden and severe stomach issues. He seemed to be in a critical state and I wasn’t sure if treatment would help or if we needed to euthanize him. Thankfully Dr. Lowe and the staff were immediately available for evaluation. Dr. Lowe notified me that he didn’t seem like he was going to make it and provided pain medication while we prepared for euthanasia. Throughout the process Dr. Lowe, Paula (at front desk), and the assistant were all so kind and helpful, and gave us the space needed to grieve the loss of a pet. We were charged just for the euthanasia and there were no hidden fees like some other vets I have been to. Their euthanasia and cremation prices were very competitive as well. I’m very happy to know there is a nearby urgent care facility with amazing staff like them. Thank you all so much!"

"I am so grateful to Urgent Pet for caring for my senior pittie Gloria. She is my first solo dog and when I saw a wound on her backside I wasn’t sure where to take her as it wasn’t an emergency but her regular vet was booked. "I cannot thank the staff enough! They were wonderful! I have a 1yr old Maltese, he was vomiting and had blood in his stool during the night leaving me feeling extremely concerned. I Called right away when Urgent Pet opened at 9am and made an appointment for 11am. Right when i entered the lady at the front desk was so nice and put us in a room it was not busy when i went in. The technician was very gentle with my lil guy and explained to me how everything for our appointment will go. The veterinarian herself was amazing! She explained the many things that could be causing his issue and recommended many different treatments but i explained to her that cost is a factor since i am a college student. I was able to choose exactly what treatments i wanted done, how much it would come out to and etc. In the end there were no surprise fees or anything added onto the bill that i did not ask for. I highly highly recommend this Vet to any pet parent with an emergency, they will treat your fur baby gently and leave you feeling a lot better after your visit. Thank you so much Urgent Pet!"

"Our experience with the Urgent Pet Animal Hospital was amazing! We had a sick puppy in the morning so we called and had an appointment 4 hours later. I got to the pet hospital early and they saw us immediately. They reviewed the services and medical plan they outlined for us. Once we signed off and paid a deposit I left while they did tests, blood work and X-rays - then our puppy was ready to be picked up in under 2 hours. When they finished with all the tests for the puppy the veterinarian called and went over everything they found - she was so comprehensive and answered any questions I had, I never felt rushed. I would recommend them to anyone - I hope we don't need to go back but if we have another emergency I know 'Jasmine' will be well taken care of."
