"For new fur parents that are looking for new new vet don’t waste your time with this place. I put our name on the waiting list in August, I never heard back until now, and they gave me 4 days to reply with a form. I just spoke with their staff Margaret, after 5 min of gaslighting me saying that I was never on their list she found my information. She said they took me out of the waiting list because I didn’t respond— I didn’t have my phone traveling and I responded after a week, they gave 4 days after I waited for over 2 months. Margaret thought she was very nice to put us back on the list, all we had to do was to wait for about 3 more months. When I tried to reason with her about how I waited for 2 months to hear back from them she hang up on me— I was talking nicely to her. Anyway, if that’s how they treat people that are interested in their services it’s a red flag for me. There’s plenty of good vet out there that are nicer. UPDATE: taking the time to respond to a review but not speaking clearly to me on the phone… extended the waiting time after being rude to us and because you got a real review doesn’t help much. Maybe having more respectful staff… Also when I called to check in the status of the waitlist they said I’d get an appointment no later than November, then they gave us 4 days to send the forms. Anyway, found a great place for the cats, more expensive but we don’t have to deal with rude people :)"

"Best vet we’ve ever had. An understandable wait to get your first appointment but from then on they make sure it’s as easy as possible to book. Our dog and cat both go here. We love all of the vets and staff we’ve worked with; they’ve been great listeners and always take a genuine interest in our furry babies."

"Friendly, professional staff. Plenty of parking and clean premises. I was seen on time and had a very good experience from check-in to check-out. My shy, timid cat was treated with gentleness and kindness, which is very appreciated. I also appreciated knowing the prices of services up front and clear explanations of what was being done and why. Thank you:)"
