"“Caring” epitomizes this business! I called shortly after the business opened to inquire about brining my Zoe girl in for a nail trim. Mind you, Zoe is a friendly and loving pitbull but after learning of her breed, she’s been turned away from other local groomers. This was not the case at Chino’s Caring Kennel. They took my Zoe in without hesitation, and trimmed her nails in less than 20 minutes! As I waited in the lobby, I could hear the staff comforting her, praising her, and overall showing compassion toward my Zoe girl. Needless to say, we are return customers for any and all services offered by Chino’s Caring Kennel. Thank you for being true to your name! Wonderful staff, immaculately clean, affordable. 10/10."
