"All I can say is wow. The therapist I had for my foster daughter was great but the office lady and so called manager Patty is terrible. She wrongfully billed me and sent me to collections. When I called to try and get this resolved she REFUSED to help me and hung up on me. Of course when I called to speak with her superior she told me she was the manager. Not sure how this place stays in business with her being the first to talk with clients. Just because of her, I would not recommend."

"I wish I would have known about the poor reviews. I had a great therapist , but the office manager Patty was rude and uncooperative. I also noticed they billed me for a session with a provider I DID NOT SEE. To me this is providing inaccurate information to my insurance company and suspicious. Terrible business. I am going to tell Prevea to not refer patients."

"Who is this absolutely joke of a receptionist named ‘Patty’ who clearly doesn’t understand etiquette or any practical formalities in the business world. The fact that this business still employs such a disrespectful receptionist stands as a testament to the lack of care and well being their associates as a whole must hold. After all, the receptionist is a voice of the company… read the many negative reviews of this failing business. You can entirely thank Patty for that. Look elsewhere for your therapist needs."

"I can’t stand the Receptionist Patti she is so rude. Get a new receptionist no wonder why you guys are losing employees and clients. I’m so glad my Kids Counselor doesn’t work there anymore and My kids were able to transfer with her. I specifically came there later on during the day so I didn’t have to deal with Patti. I dreaded any time I had to call there to either cancel appointment or switch appointments around I just got so stressed out talking with her on the phone she was always so rude or said no to everything. Bad customer service I don’t know why they haven’t fired her already. This place has the worst reviews I’ve seen on anything and it’s all because of Patti. This place is a joke I’m so glad my kids were able to keep their counselor and they’re a lot happier that they don’t have to deal with that rude receptionist that doesn’t know how to do her job. By the way that receptionist has drug charges on her and she’s been in and out of jail. I just found that out not too long ago. I can’t believe they have someone like that working for them. She’s also had warrants out for her arrest."

"I love my therapist and I'm so glad she left New Wellness, as I've had nothing but issues with billing. I've been going to therapy for over a decade with multiple therapists/agencies and have never had these issues. I was required to pay for services at the time of appointment, but I was uncomfortable with this because I had just switched insurance policies and wasn't familiar with my deductibles and co-pays. I asked New Wellness if I could wait until the claims were processed and receive the bill before I paid, but I was told "no", so I paid for a few sessions at the time of the appointments. Then, my insurance company told me I would pay them (the insurance company), and they (the insurance company) would pay New Wellness. Because I was paying my insurance company for my appointments, I asked New Wellness for a refund for the sessions I double-paid for, but I was told by New Wellness that they wouldn't issue the refund for my payments until they received payment from my insurance company. Since my therapist left New Wellness, I asked New Wellness again for my refund, but I was told that New Wellness hadn't yet received payment from my insurance company, and I was going to receive a $5k bill from them (New Wellness). I contacted my insurance company and was told that all of my claims were paid to the provider. My insurance company has contacted New Wellness, but I'm still trying to get this issue resolved, six months later."
