"I got insurance w them years ago . It was great at first. Rebecca was well attentive. But I think as they expanded something went South. I had Jody take care of a policy for my van. She put $1000 deductible on my policy when I asked for $500. I slid into a stop sign last winter and that's when I found out. No apology just my fault . Ok. I'll bite. Shame on me for trusting it. Mary said after that - I would get every change made via email and would have to confirm in order for it to take effect! My husband has a company and was dissatisfied. He canceled his policy and they added what he owed onto mine or something. That was a treat to find when my card was declined at a gas station. When I called . No apology. Just, well you were married. He can do that . Um ok . But it's MY personal checking and what happened to confirming via email? I can see adding to the policy if they bothered to ASK me to confirm the account or something. But why with all the problems we've had would they just assume I was ok w that? He never made his pmt auto draft . He always paid in person. It is sheer service failure on their end. I'm just over it . I'm not even mad . You gotta know when to go. They aren't for me anymore. I don't recommend them either . Not that theit team will care or accept any accountabioity, but news flash: I got a local agent so I could have personalized care . I never even got so much as a voicemail to confirm I was ok w this. Idc what the laws are that my husband can do what he wants and so can you but - I don't agree. My account, my money . It was unprofessional and poor customer service. Go elsewhere. You'll get better service going through Progressive direct . It was $74 cheaper too! Imagine that!"
