"My mother has been here a year and she loves her apartment. She loves being in this secured facility. Has met some good friends. The staff including the maintenance works are very helpful. Irene the office manager is very professional and returns calls or emails in a timely manner. She has a lot of patience when he comes to working with senior population. Great asset. Union Court Apartments is in a great location. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping center are close by."

"I HAVE IRENE (BLACK FEMALE "MANAGER"(?)/"LEASING AGENT"(?) of the on-site rental office + A CONTROL CENTER "TALKER"--- --ON TAPE HAVING A "DIRECTED CONVERSATION" RE: MYSELF... WHEREIN THE FORMER ACTUALLY DID STATE-& I QUOTE: "SET HER UP." Other unmentionable things were also said during this little "talk." AnyWAY---THEREFORE, I WOULD POSIT THAT BOTH PARTIES ARE COMPLETELY ON-BOARD WITH THE Horrific THREAT that the OS (Organized Stalking) group (in my life) has been hoping to make good on since, at least, August of 2022. SEE MY POSTED REVIEWS FOR: HAMPTON INN/KENOSHA + KNIGHTS INN/RACINE for further info/the actual THREAT itself. Said THREAT, BTW, having already been reported to the police (of MANY DIFFERENT JURISDICTIONS, btw--& ALSO REPORTED MULTIPLE TIMES, AT THAT---by me. Today's date/time: Monday, 4-10-23; 3:47pm. P.S. The 1st X I spoke w/"irene", the rancid/foul/NON-OXYGENIC ODOR of VAPE SMOKE-- FILLED--& KEPT FILLING (UP)---HER OFFICE. (MY "VISIT" ON THAT INITIAL DAY LASTED APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES). ANYWAY, I COULD TELL FROM THE INESCAPABLE Vape Smoke that IT WAS THE SAME EXACT "FLAVOR"/"BRAND" THAT'S SMOKED BY THE CONTROL CENTER "TALKERS." ALSO, I COULD HEAR "THEM 'TALKING' " BEHIND THE OFFICE WALL. YES, I COULD HEAR THE "TALKERS" AS IRENE & I DISCUSSED THE MOVE-IN PROCESS (!!!). WHILE ALL OF THIS WAS GOING ON irene ACTED AS IF EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL; NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY HERE. U COULD NOT PAY ME ENUFF 2 LIVE AT THIS PLACE. WHICH BTW, IRENE + HER (WHITE MALE) "FRIEND" + EVERY1 WHO LIVES HERE (=ALL OF THEM ORGANIZED STALKERS-I HAVE EVIDENCE OF THIS) + BEAR PROPERTIES ITSELF--SHOULD BE: 1) REPORTED 2 THE NEWS; &, 2) SUED. IRENE SHOULD BE FIRED (WHO HIRED HER, BTW???); AND ALL OF THE "TENANTS" SHOULD BE EVICTED."

"So apparently, no one picks up the phone, except for their receptionist at Bear Property Management, Gale. I've been calling for multiple days, leaving messages and can't get any information on the availability of the units. If anything, this must be a strong indicator of how they treat their current residents."

"Got an email saying available townhome or senior after I replied townhome I received a email saying nothing was available"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I was mislead into thinking that I would get a senior unit in this complex by Joanne. We’ve had several email conversations and personal as far back as Feb 2022. She did inform me that the units were not built but she had the plans. A month later, I received the plans again with a “pick your unit” on it. I wanted a third flood corner unit and I picked out the number on the plan. The larger two bedroom. In April she didn’t know who I was when I asked if she needed me to complete the application and deposit. She was aware that I was moving from California to Illinois to be with my daughter. After telling her that she would be assisting me on the weekends with errands, appointments, shopping, etc, that’s when I was told she had to be on the lease! That’s crazy. What family members don’t come to visit? I was denied because both incomes were too much. It made no sense. A month later I receive another call from a Meagan who said she was to call me when there was openings, but emailed a different name. I informed her if my name and she said it was a mistake, “my bad”. They used my email to contact me and embarrassed me all over again. I would not live here if this is how they treat seniors. Both lied to me. If I made too much money, why not offer the townhomes to me? My daughter was never going to live with me. She’s married."
