"I've had glasses since I was in 2nd grade. Now in my late 60's my optometrist told me I should get my cataracts taken care of before I change glasses again. Heard good things about Tower Eye Center in Green Bay, so that's where I went. Not sure what I expected, but it was as smooth a process as I can imagine. I liked that they explained everything so well. The people were all so friendly. They did all the contact work with Medicare and my AARP insurances. They even made the followup appointment for me with my regular eye doctor. I selected the laser assisted fixed focus lenses set to near vision for my lens choice. I knew what I wanted and and even though most people go with these lenses in a distance fixed setting, the folks here did not pressure me to change. I appreciated that. When the day of my first surgery came, I really found out how nice the people at Tower Clock are. They seem to work together as one big happy family! I like that they are so organized. I like that they over communicate everything. I like that they seem to really care about me. I like that they remember me when I came for my other eye cataract a week later, and when I popped in for quick eye followup check. The cataract removal and lense replacement seems like a miracle. After an hour and a half I was back on my way home and I could tell my vision was better. Sky, grass, flowers...Look like my favorite movie, Wizard of Oz.. The next day I was driving and getting some work done already. They say Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth. What would you call a well-oiled machine that doles out miracles everyday, all day long? No wonder everyone there seems so happy!"
