"I cannot say enough about the quality of care I receive from Dr Bongiorno’s Care Team. I feel heard, respected and truly cared for. With which I’m sure, an overbooked daily schedule, his Team works tirelessly to help each patient individually, I’ve never felt rushed. The way Dr B and his Team emphasize, I can always feel the connection and feel safe. I have never questioned the determination within them to find the best treatment plan, the way they always have a non judgmental mindset which makes room for complete honesty instead of fear, or the level of respect they have for each other and their patient's. It makes me look forward to my visits and I feel proud to be their patient. If anything at all it is a mental health boost, reminding me I am not alone, that they are there and their kindness and dedication to your care is unwavering. Update: my last visit I needed help with my insurance. And one of Dr B’s nurses said hold on a sec and came back in the room with the most kind and amazing woman who helped me right then and there. I left with a plan and by the end of the day it was all set! Update: I know there is turnover everywhere but when you call and constantly get new people and feel pushed aside, it’s hard to not get so frustrated and cry. THEN a friendly voice answers and you feel immediate relief and know you are in good hands and there is nothing to worry about. This voice deserves more than a thank you."

"For many years I came to this place for my preventative exam and this year they decided to use predatory billing practices to charge me an office visit for a PREVENTATIVE exam and refuse to review the charge with any common sense. Sadly, after being a client for many years I will be looking for a new doctor. My best advice for you guys/gals, constantly question your doctor during preventative check-ups, I was told flat out that 'because' I answered the doctor's questions I was being charged for the office visit. Before you answer ANY question, specifically ask them if it will incur an additional coding/charge for the visit. I was told that if I had not answered the Dr's questions during the preventative check-up I would not have incurred additional charges. Beware!"

"My husband has kidney stones and is in pain. We called and were unable to get an appointment for TWO WEEKS. He went to urgent care and X-rays showed kidney stones. They told him to wait a few days and if not better go get a CT Scan. He had a CT scan and there were cysts on his liver and kidneys. A referral to a urologist was made. The urologist won’t see him for TWO MONTHS. Just take pain killers. TWO MONTHS!!!!! What a horrible experience."

"I had received physical therapy from both Jennifer and Jill for a knee injury. They both were wonderful therapists. Very knowledgeable and listened to what was going on. They were able to change how an exercise was done if it was painful for me."
