"I just had them visit me at work so I didn't have to call in. That alone is a valuable service and benefit that most patients won't think about right away. But, she came in, was professional, thorough, asked relevant questions and actually listened to my answers. The visit didn't feel rushed, nor did it carry on longer than it needed to. Also, they came to my home several days ago to care for my wife, and she had so many positive things to say about the doctor that came to see her. I hope this is the future of health care! They took our insurance. In total, two urgent care visits costed us $70.00. That is as inexpensive as it gets. They're prompt, communicate well (she texted me asking if I'd want to meet earlier because she had the time. We will absolutely be using Pivotal Health again."
"I was driving in front of a Pivotal Health car in the left lane and they were ON MY BUMPER! I was keeping good space between me and the car in front of me and when they did end up breaking the car behind me (pivotal health car) almost hit me!! Their tactic was to make the people in front of them so uncomfortable they scoot over. It was very uncomfortable and they should be ashamed. I did eventually scoot over and got behind them and tried making them uncomfortable back! I was not NEARLY as close as they were. However, they should not be driving like that at all. It will cause an accident and should not be driving like that in a COMPANY car!!"
"10/10 experience!! My toddler was miserable and the attempt to try to go to urgent care was horrific. Found Pivotal Health online, called and was able to get a nurse to my house within one hour at the cost of my copay!! Nurse was fantastic. She diagnosed my son with an ear infection and helped administer Motrin since he was fighting it. She also had the ability to test for RSV, Covid, flu, etc. with quick results. I will never go to an urgent care again knowing now about this service!"
