"Very disappointed in my experience at Advent and would never recommend them to anyone. When the cost of this procedure was discussed, the impression was given that it would be no more than a determined amount and could be less based on my deductibles. The invoicing that I received did not show all of the services and was very confusing. I contacted their billing department and was quoted an amount of final payment and the next day received another invoice with an amount in excess of $600 from their quote. And the amount they are asking for payment is over $500 from the original amount they discussed, not less. These fees do not include added prescriptions due to my eyes swelling shut from the procedure. And on top of the expensive cost, the procedure has not done anything to help my snoring."
