"The wrong place to go for a sports physical. They care more about forms than they do about kids or the health of kids. Go somewhere where the people are actually compassionate about others. Anywere would be better. I had an 18 year old there for his physical. They wouldn't give him a physical because I didn't have a piece of paper that said he lived at my address. He's a f'ing adult, Bellin. What the hell is a matter with you?"

"Took daughter to this location for a sports physical. Was a busy afternoon and the person handling check in was overwhelmed and short with people. There was no sign in sheet or order to keeping track of individuals coming in which made it stressful for everyone. All that needed to be done was to put out a piece of paper and she could have simply called first names as she worked through check-in. Once we finally were seen the nurse and NP Melina were efficient and friendly. I left frustrated because we could have had such a better patient experience."
