"We just moved into ReNew Summit a couple of weeks ago and had a great move-in experience with Brooke! I had to submit my first maintenance request this week and it was such an easy and user-friendly experience through the resident portal. Our maintenance tech, Joe, was extremely professional and kind. He called and gave me a heads up before knocking, which I really appreciate since I have a dog that needs to be secured. He was able to fix both requests quickly and was sure to offer to help with anything else I may need while he was here. Really appreciate your help, Joe!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE If I could give this complex a -5 stars I would. The neighbors act like they own the entire complex, management will take their sweet time getting maintenance to fix anything at all ever we have had messed up floors for the entire time living here and our drawers are constantly breaking. Your cars will be hit by your neighbors and your laundry will be stollen out of the washers the dog parks will be dirty and the walkways will flood anytime it rains. They will call you once a week to complain about “noise” and threaten you with lawyers weekly while they ignore your maintenance requests. STAY AWAY from this complex do not let them reel you in with a free month of rent it is NOT worth it!"

"It saddens me to have to write this review about this apartment complex. My boyfriend and I used to love this place. I'm going to start with the apartment upstairs has had many people come and go. Living in shared spaces I'm well aware that there is what's classified as normal apartment noise. Until about 11 months ago when new neighbors moved in it became a nightmare. When I tell you all hours I mean all hours. There have been what sounds like horse races, bowling, body slamming, and every other loud wall-shaking noise. When we first reached out to management they let the people know upstairs this is not ok. 50-100 complaints later and a new manager named Mark nothing is being done. We are ignored or told well if you don't like the noise you can move out. We have been here for 6 years. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to move out and uproot my life because you can't handle your rude residents. I should add that these same neighbors just had a domestic violence issue that the entire apartments heard which resulted in the guy being arrested. I have shown them video proof of the noise. Again let me reiterate this is not your normal walking wall creaking noise. It happens every day. Living here has become an increasingly unpleasant experience due to the persistent noise disturbances, and the lack of effective action from management. It's not cheap to just up and move and I shouldn't have to. Despite reporting noise disturbances on multiple occasions, I have seen little to no improvement in the situation. It is disheartening that the management (his name is Mark), which is supposed to ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents, has not taken decisive steps to address this issue. It's to the point now we're just being ignored. Oh ya, and there is always dog poop in the “dog park” I mean pet waste area that's never sprayed down or cleaned. I will say we do have one great manager named Brook she is amazing but there is only so much she can do. She is so kind and knows every resident and their pet's names."

"Me and my wife applied for an apartment a couple of months back, and we got an enthusiastic video tour and what they could do for us. She sent us a credit app and asked for 150 for a hold just incase no one takes it. But, when we finished our application, we never heard back and called left messages, and finally got someone. She said that Brooke Baines Is not in today. Then I asked the status of my application, so it seemed that it never got processed. Long story short, we are denied and still to this day waiting for our $150 hold deposit. We got a "receipt" of it being sent off to us.... It's now three months. Where is it?? I contacted the BBB too. Watch out for them y'all's."

"Terrible. This is specifically for renew summit, can’t speak for renew alpine but they’re under the same management. Found somebody inside of my car on the very first day I moved in. The apartment has no natural lighting, very dark and depressing. Had bad experience with a racist upstairs neighbor. And the leasing office shuts the water off at least a few times a month during my 9month lease. Didn’t really feel safe here leaving my family to go to work. Neighbors will also find any reason to complain. Also figured out that the “rate I got when started my lease” was much higher than the “rate other people had at the time they started their lease”. I was paying higher rent than people that moved in after me.. Pretty sure they had new management the last month I was there , but the week I was moving out( apartment was already vacated) he accused me of having my dog off the leash and without even asking if it was mine, said I need to continue being a responsible pet owner, even after I had told them my belongings, family, pets were out.... Punk. Anyways during the move-out process , I made the mistake of turning in my “60” day notice to vacate late by about 10 days. The assistant manager( very forgettable name, always had attitude) insisted I still had to pay for those ten days. I understand it was my fault, but just shows how much they’re willing to work with you when you leave. Cost me almost 1k of days of rent that I didn’t even occupy the apartment, just what I needed during my move. Thanks so helpful. On a positive note one leasing agent was very helpful, her name was Brooke. She actually care and works with people, never has an attitude and very professional. Overall, I would’ve chosen another place had I known. May be more worth it to move closer to the city, since the prices of rent are nearly the same. Pretty sure there’s painted over mold on the bathrooms but can’t confirm :)"
