"I lived at Alpine Woods for 3 years. I had one cat. I paid a security deposit of $500.00 and a pet deposit of $500.00. When my lease was up in May 2023, I decided not to renew and i moved out. I cleaned thoroughly and had the carpets professionally cleaned. They refunded the security deposit, but they didn't refund the 500.00 pet deposit. I contacted them repeatedly, sent documentation and now after 60 days they still haven't responded. I have reported them to the BBB and to tenants rights! I would not recommend living there."
"Love living here. Just wish they wouldn't keep raising the rent. Seems like it's the highest rent in Alpine and almost as much as a 2000 sq ft. home."
"We love living here, in fact, it’s the second time we’ve lived here. We are back after they got new owners. We highly recommend this quiet apartment home complex. Pet friendly. We have met wonderful neighbors which is hard to find some times. Spacious rooms. Pool is beautiful and clean! Options to rent a single car garage is a definite PLUS! Only downside is there’s no guest parking. The biggest plus here is the people who rent to you! We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MOVING IN! Thank you so much!!!"
