"At first I never heard of this place and when I got there, it was kind of in the middle of nowhere, very quiet place, it was busy at night! One thing I liked is, they kept their table minimums low, didn’t raise them even at peak moments. Rooms were very nice, the slot machine area was HUGE! I wanted to give a special shout out to 2 Casino Hosts that made my trip amazing! Erin Kuo and Carmela Guzzetta. Hands down the Best Casino Hosts I’ve ever had. It’s nice when they walk the floor randomly instead of hiding in the back. They were both amazing and gave me an exceptional experience! This place is highly rates and will definitely be coming back soon!"

"Clean rooms. Service was excellent, except for the room service, Dine in food. Now don't get me wrong, everything about our stay was spot on from Valet, check in, bell service, accommodation's, quick service, friendly staff, etc... It was just how food was prepared for dine in room service. The omelets we ordered were spot on delicious. The toast had a burnt smell to it, but wasn't burnt. Coffee tasted week. Bacon was killed, burnt to a crisp. And I do mean "CRISP!" Sausage was also over cooked. And we had to call back for butter for the toast. They were all dry. And the yogurt parfait were very good. So, I would give Viejas a 8.5 out of 10 stars. Great place to go for a get away! Just if your going to have breakfast or dinner, I would go to their restaurants, or the new grab and go! Didn't even think about this new place inside. Its a great little place to grab a quick bite, And they even have tables to sit and relax at while you enjoy your snack, Or meal."

"The room was tampered with upon our return even when we had a do not disturb sign on the door. The atmosphere is nice if you're only looking to play the slots without winning. I've put as much as 400.00 in the same machine without a bonus, but I enjoyed myself. The perks of food and hotel stay are top tier. Other than the hotel room I have to say it's an enjoyable place"

"Had a staycation due to husband returning from deployment, and the stay was great. Room service was great, staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Casino was fun, I wish machines were a bit friendlier but overall, we had a good time. My only gripe is that the pools are not heated and they were closed."

"I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! Our VIP host, Giulia, greeted us warmly and ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of. She is a truly a gem and Viejas is luck to have her. Upon arrival, the bellman , James was incredibly attentive, helping us with water and luggage. As for the room, we stayed on the Willows side and it was absolutely stunning! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, the level of service and the quality of the accommodations surpassed my expectations. I felt like a true VIP throughout my entire stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized experience."
