"Me and I husband just moved in recently and had a few small repairs. Dubbie was prompt, polite, and professional. I have nothing to worry about with the maintenance team here at Alpine Village. Thanks for making this a very comfortable experience."
"Every time I have a maintenance problem at the apartment, maintenance is quick, usually by next day sometimes same day. They have most parts on hand and if they don't they order immediately. I've had the pleasure of have Dubbie as my maintenance lady for everything and she is awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, quick and efficient. I enjoy haveing her everytime she's here."
"Five stars for Dubbie!! My son's bedroom had some flooding with the last storm. Nothing too drastic. She came as soon as possible and cleaned up the water. The room was sealed off, repaired and fixed in just a few days. Dubbie is amazing, friendly and we just love her!!"
"Dubbie was very efficient and helpful during the process of our unit flooding from the rains. The supervisor Jaime also was very knowledgeable and helpful during this situation. I definitely am grateful for their hard work."
"If i could leave a 0 star review I would. Worst place to live i move here 2021 and i we have never been able to use the club house. After they promised i could have my baby first bday there. Trash keeps going up every dam month, i woke up this morning with an amazing surprise that our trash is $103 now. But our trash be looking like this! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Save your money and dont move here only good thing of this place is our maintenance people so quick to come and fix anything inside the apartment. Other then that DONT MOVE HERE"
