"I'm giving five stars not only because the apartments are lovely, but almost purely for the management team. They really do care about the tenants and their concerns, and in my personal experience have helped with anything they can big or small. They've been incredible since before I moved in; with the tour, aiding with my application, and anything I've needed so far. Truly the greatest experience I have had living anywhere and I believe that they are greatly under appreciated. They've made my experience living here nothing short of wonderful, and that's nothing but my truth. Thank you again to the management team for making this complex as admirable as it is."

"The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because the leasing consultant Brooke is literally the only person in the office that pays attention to the community needs what residents are asking of her and even takes the time out of her day to even understand. I would not have signed a lease here if I had known the rest of her team in management sucks. Maintenance does their part and they are on it as much as they can be. THE MANAGER MARK ON THE OTHER HAND!! Let me just start with parking, something in their system went wrong and they accidentally assigned me a reserved space that already belonged to someone and instead of saying that - he threatened to have my car towed! I went in the office and definitely became a Karen at this time I was 8 months pregnant and ready to pop NOBODY wants to struggle to find parking when you’re about to pop - he said okay I’ll call you in the morning to get everything resolved and find you a parking space this was three months ago and I have yet to receive a call back from him. Most importantly as mentioned I now have a newborn baby and have two other children our water has been shut off numerous times this week (I understand the circumstances) and I have received an email regarding the emergency shut off. The next email gave us a window from 9am - 5pm (I am a stay at home mom so two days without running water isn’t great bro!) and then the next time! There was no type of communication regarding the matter and as I am typing this message it is now day two that they fixed the running water issue but still no hot water I’ve let it run for an hour and a half."

"New Management had inherited a bit of a mess from the previous management team. Andrew Woodridge the new community manager has been extremely helpful in me getting things situated and moved in. Any concerns I've had have been addressed and I've been kept in the loop for things that have taken a bit longer. I love the improvements thus far and i can see the management team cares about the community. I'm excited to see the continued improvements here. Update: I originally had a 5 star review. My complaints are really customer related. I recently had a maintenance request for my busted dish washer that took two months to resolve. -I've noticed a revolving door at the office and for a while I was lucky to find anyone if I needed to have an issue resolved. But I do seem to see them there more often. -My last complaint is the portal, part of this is on me for not verifying after the first had passed, I'm unable to see what I owe until the day is due, I paid before hand(I knew I would not have time on the first) and did not realize I was 40 dollars short, and came home to a 3 day notice, I immediately paid on the app but it was aggravating as I would have gotten the appropriate amount had I known. Going forward, I I'll be contacting management directly and hopefully be able to get the right amount I need to pay. -I just feel with the staffing issues the Communication has not been the best, the last two years have actually been great until the recent issues now and I hope they get it resolved as I do love the community as whole."
