"My recent encounter at Novapoint Apartments left much to be desired, starting from the moment I stepped into their office. Despite being accompanied by my sister, we were blatantly ignored by the office staff, who seemed preoccupied with other clients. A simple acknowledgment or a brief "we'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed, but unfortunately, even that basic courtesy was absent. Upon finally being attended to, I was passed off to another staff member without any indication from the initial representative. This lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a potential tenant. The subsequent interaction with the second staff member only exacerbated my disappointment. Not only did she seem disinterested in assisting us, but her demeanor also exuded a sense of condescension. The repetition of information already provided by her colleague, coupled with a remark questioning my financial eligibility based on appearance, was unprofessional and off-putting. Her comment about income requirements being "2.5 times the rent" was delivered in a manner that implied skepticism about my ability to meet such criteria, solely based on outward appearance. Furthermore, the attire of the staff member in question, notably a crop top sweater that exposed her midriff, was highly inappropriate for a professional setting. It further detracted from the overall credibility and professionalism of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Nova Point Apartments was marred by poor customer service, lack of communication among staff members, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. As someone in search of a suitable living space, I expected better treatment and professionalism from the representatives of the complex. Regrettably, my encounter fell far short of these expectations."

"Very Courteous & Professional staff in Office& always a pleasure going in to speak with them!! Cecilia-Daniele-Fatima are a joy to do business with!! Stacy the manager is also wonderful!!! Maintenance crew is a hard working crew that gets the job done!! Love my apartment & working with the staff is Fantastic!!! 5 stars to Nova Pointe no doubt!!! ALSO want to thank Fatima who is very nice and Professional too!!! Also New associate Sonya is very Nice too but Fatima is the Real Star!!! Thanxs Ladies...I'm Out..Peace."

"Hello all, do not normally do this but want to give future residents a heads up. Upon moving to this complex we heard a lot of negative reviews from current tenants. Everyone has an opinion so my wife and I ignored the comments and gave the place a shot. Let me tell you, we should have listened. Prior to moving out, the complex was upgrading their hot water system, however, we would go days without hot water. Long story short - after a difficult time and a lot of back and forth, it got fixed. NOW, we terminated our lease early, office lost original paper work, there are 3 money orders missing, office is overcharging us, collections is being brought in and their invoice does not match the office invoice, it has been an ongoing process and headache since the end of last year. I am a patient guy but the manager there, Stacy, lies about getting back to us, refuses to speak with us, we have to go through her assistants and they apologize and you can tell they are embarrassed but it's not their fault. I have emailed the manager with proof and she has failed to reach out. I have called numerous times at different times of month, week, days, and hour and still nothing - she is always too busy. IF YOU DO MOVE HERE, please save all paperwork, take pictures, their office does have cameras so time stamp the minute you walk in and walk out. HORRIBLE communication with office, horrible management. If collections keeps calling and we do not hear back from the owner or manager, we are going to have to go through legal counsel to see what can be done given we have all evidence, paperwork, pictures, and time stamps of interactions."

"My wife and I have been here for awhile and we have had quite a few issues with the apartment we moved in. We've also experienced rude and disrespectful customer service from both the maintenance and office staff. They don't seal up the apartments, so it's super cold inside even if you have everything closed. They have quite a few stray cats and skunks around here. We're paying to have a dishwasher but we haven't had one because of there being a rat in the apartment when we moved in. We've told them it seems like it's gone but they said they don't want to put a new dishwasher in and for the rat to chew that one up too, yet we're paying for one. We now have experienced a water leak in the apartment coming from the rain. We're getting sick and tired of all these issues here and because the staff doesn't want to listen and fix anything right we're about ready to just call code enforcement on this place and let them handle it. It's funny how a review was put just 4 weeks ago about a old black lady being rude and how the issue was supposed to get taken care of. We just had a similar situation with the same lady. She spoke to us dispectfully by being sarcastic and scolded us on what we should of done. This shows that either nothing was done about her attitude or she just doesn't care."

"I set an appointment to tour the property I called before I left and let them know what time I would be arriving just to make sure I didn’t waste my gas. Wen I pulled up the office was closed so I called back then seen someone in the office I was told the office would be open till 5:30pm I arrived at 5:00pm whoever the old black lady is showed she didn’t care at all as she casually told the porter to tell me they closed at 5 and shuffled out the back door without even making eye contact with me HORRIBLE customer service. If this is how you treat future tenants I don’t know if I can believe all the other positive reviews are real. Also, if you go to tour the property, be careful I was there for all of six minutes and saw four unleashed dogs roaming free in the parking lot and inside the apartment complex. The black lady also seemed unfazed by the untethered animals as she passed a huge unleashed dog inches from her as she was going to her car I guess she knows that dog or something."
