"Amanda and Melissa were the best my husband and I had a late check in but they were both welcoming, helpful and they went above and beyond. Customer service was extremely positive. They treated me like a 5 star guest. Walking me to the laundry room and showing me how to use the high tech laundry machine. Offered me coffee. They explained everything so well to me. The rooms were clean and large. And the beds were pretty comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Horrible experience. I was booking online and I accidentally booked a one bed room instead of a two bed room and I called to fix the problem and they told me it couldn’t be changed unless I pay 109$ because I book it for the next day. I called right after I booked the room like within 5 minutes so I don’t understand why if nothing had been done to prepare for my stay yet. Anyways I ended up paying the fee and booked the correct room only to show up the next day to a room that was not prepared at all. The room not only smelled like pee and was dirty but the AC unit was disassembled on the floor?? I only rebooked the correct room with them because it’s advertised as being better than a hotel. But this was all very horrible. We asked to get a new room and they changed us to a different room that still smelled like pee and was dirty and to top it off there was roaches all over the room. We went to ask for a refund because at this point it was disgusting and unprofessional to give us a “new clean room” that smelled so bad and had so many roaches and they told us we couldn’t get a refund even though nothing was prepared for our stay. I can’t say how horrible it was!! We ended up staying one night and the whole time we killed about 30 roaches. It was the most uncomfortable and gross stay I’ve ever experienced. And highly suggest anyone considering to book anywhere else! Even a motel 8 was better than this. I included a picture of the AC unit from the first room but we didn’t take any of the roaches unfortunately but there was so many !!"

"Jesse is one of the most amazing front desk clerks ever. He was very helpful with any questions that I had regarding my booking and stay. Everyone was extremely friendly in the building. An extra plus the building smells so delicious and clean it brings joy and calmness. Everything is very clean and well maintained all around. Would definitely stay here again and definitely would recommend to my friends and family all around. Thank you for an amazing and smooth stay. 5/5 stars definitely need to try staying here and enjoy it."
