"Great service and clean and tidy rooms. check in was quick, our stay was comfortable and breakfast was great. I liked that it’s very close and easy to get to off the 10, plus it’s right next to a supermarket which made it easy to cross over for snacks and such."
"I always stay here when I need to work. Heather is fantastic at the front desk, always a pleasure to speak with and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. The breakfast is free and pretty good."
"This is a great location and has excellent front desk staff. Heather in the morning and a wonderful Hispanic woman in the afternoon. The only reason they get 4 stars is because some of the mattresses need replaced. You have a 70% chance of getting a good one, the others are just a tad old and are starting to slump on the middle!"
"Several things to say about this location regarding two separate visits within a years time. The first time i was asked for a $300 cash deposit. The hotel is kinda akward inside as far as the rooms and accessibility goes. The elevators are placed on one end and exits on the other end making it weird. I was charged for getting dye on their towels from having freshly dyed hair the previous day which I didn't mind much. The second reservation i booked was thru third party app and lost my money. I wasn't allowed to change or cancel and i still booked unbeknownst to me their cash deposit policy had changed. I arrived and was basically turned away as the girl at the counter wouldnt even take my card. My bank card is in the mail and my temporaray card was also refused due to my name not being on it. She refused my paypal as well and any other card i tried using. I asked to speak to management and she said their hotel currently doesnt employ a manager. I asked to speak to someone else and got same answer. Theres no one else working at night with her. The hotel runs itself according to her. I got no help from her and it seems so unbelievable but i was very upset and walked away. I lost my money being a rewards member didnt even make a difference. I hope someone in corporate reads this review. That location is a mess and the girl at the counter kills business."
