"So far the year me and my wife have been here it's been good Good neighbors and quiet nights I mean it's not all perfect but it's good. Maintenance does take awhile but luckily we have been good with not to much maintenance help"

"I've lived here over three years now. I can't deny or confirm about anything getting fixed husband is luckily a handy man. We did have one thing go wrong our A/C stopped working recently but they took care of that real quick. As for roaches there are some but I believe it's from dirty neighbors and as roaches do travel through walls u are bound to get them. We Keep a very clean house so we only see maybe one or two during summer but they are dead usually on our floor. Managements attitude has gotten a lot better since we first moved in but we also keep to ourselves feel that's a huge help. Lawn care is being taken care of more often. We have no issues with breaking and entering but then again we do reside on the third floor. Our main issue we recently deal with is lots of stray cats that like to spray everything. You really do get what you pay for and in CA the rent price is worth the headache especially for a two bedroom in an upcoming area with lots of new shops opening up."

"apartments are super outdated without any renovations they just pain over outdated dirty counters and walls. Leaks are always happening and management is rude. there has been multiple incidence were people have stolen property out of porch or have went around breaking people's car windows also the grass is never cut on time its always long and there is always trash neighbor are dirty and throw trash bags on floor or bushes."

"It took them almost a year to cover a very dangerous hole in a wall that was full of bees. I made multiple complaints that children who play outside are in danger of being stung and no efforts were made to fix it. It also took 7 months for them to seal a crack in my shower. Dont say you weren't warned. Only upside I have is that My apt was refurbished before I moved in so everything is still fairly new...been here 3 years no roaches, mice or spiders that I've been reading about. But the building is old and not very well kept. You literally get what you pay for here. Management is a complete joke. Goodluck."

"I currently live in these apartments and it’s becoming a nightmare!! You fill out work orders and they don’t show up. I typically have to go over to the office 3 or 4 times to get anything fixed. The manger is the WORST!!! If you need a lager repair she will say whatever happened is your fault and you are responsible for the repair. Not to mention she will just accuse you of “wanting everything for free”. And then there are the spiders. I kill at least 2 spiders a day in my apt. There was a rat in my spotless, just cleaned kitchen too! Took them 2 week to fill in the hole the rat chewed in the wall to get in. I called the emergency security line once...no one answered and no one called me back! The management here is useless and all they care about is getting your money. I tried to add pics of the mold and disgustingness of this place but it’s not letting but......MOLD!!! VISIBLE MOLD ON THE WALLS!!!!"
