"This place really is a disappointment. I stay at a lot of comfort inns and this one is the worst one. The rooms are dirty. The shower curtains are brown and the lady at the front desk is rude. The hair dryer doesn't work and no iron And when I asked a housekeeper for a towel she got mad. Smh. This place is just sad."
"This establishment is very clean also the employees have great customer service and are so helpful. Love coming here it's very convenient and quiet. I've recommended others to come here as well and they've loved there stay. I applaud them for there hard work and dedication. And manager Erika goes above and beyond to make her guest happy."
"Most of the doors are not secured and are broken so a lot of people who don’t belong here came. The hotel was fine it’s just the people here! Oh and the weight room is trash. They don’t have any dumbbells and only like 3 people can work out."
"It was not bad. Pool still open, they offer wifi and breakfast, they are strict on the non smoking policy, and also breakfast not allowed outside the lobby. It seems to be a popular choice for many party-goers so i think other policies may not be a problem here. The price is good, the beds are comfy, the a/c works great. They have an elevator, washer n dryers, gym, and plenty of parking as well."
"Excellent service at this hotel, Marcus A. at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. King rooms are very spacious and the location is convenient for travel in the local area. Price is great for the area and there’s no hidden parking fees like many of the other chains are now adding to your stay. If you’re looking for a budget hotel, you won’t be disappointed."
