"Great place to live! Manager Shari is friendly and personable! Any issues with maintenance have been addressed immediately! We have a pool, barbecue for use of residence and reck room with a pool table. The landscaping is maintained in an all gated secure complex sitting right on the ocean. It feels like paradise."

"The Beachfronter is a gem. Management and maintenance crew have been wonderful. The apartments are older but so comfy. The trees and grounds are well kept. Neighbors are beyond friendly. And then there’s the gorgeous beach and walkability to the best shops and food in Ventura. And everything going on at the Fairgrounds!"
