Strada 1200 Apartments

"I’ve been trying to have my rent Caffe fixed since I moved in. They was in April of 2023. I’ve had to pay late fees and other fees so to my work schedule. There lack of care has cost me hundreds of dollars. They also are absolute horrible at responding to emails. So best of luck with any communication once you’ve rented."

"I’ve lived here for a few months now and enjoy it for the most part. It’s definitely not kid friendly though even though I’ve noticed there are a lot of kids that live here. There are no kid friendly places to go, no playground or dog poop free lawns they can run around in. The amenities do include a horse shoe ring and a bocci ball court, both are filled with sand and both have been used as cat litter by the local stray cats in the area. There’s a dog park here that I don’t think anyone uses. I’ve never seen a dog in there. You know what that could have been? A playground. The bocci ball and horse shoe ring? That could’ve been a playground. If management is reading this maybe consider replacing some of the amenities people don’t use (horseshoe and bocci) for a more practical, easier to clean amenity… playground maybe? My biggest complaint is the excessive amounts of dog poop and cat poop. I don’t understand why the residents don’t just pick up after their dogs, the apartment offers free poopie bags all over the place and even has a designated dog park, but every time we go for a walk I find maybe 2-3 piles of dung. Just saying, kids don’t poop on the ground and yet we have zero facilities for kids. Apartment itself is fine and staff here are amazing! They’re all really nice and always helpful."

"The grounds are immaculately maintained and the property offers numerous amenities. The lease-signing process was streamlined and easy. I just feel bad because it seems like the staff is stretched thin. Erica and Chris were exceptionally nice!"

"I have been in IT customer service for over 20 years. Chris definitely exemplifies how customer service should be. He was compassionate, a great listener, and knowledgeable. Therefore he was able to supercede his customer expectations. My washer was replaced the very next day. Strada is very lucky to have an amazing employee like Chris to be part of the Strada staff. Thank you for all you do, I greatly appreciate all your hard work!"
