"I love living here however, there a few things that need attention. Lack of speed limit signs. Lack is stop signs. Speed bumps would be a nice addition. Tenants are definitely using garages for storage and not vehicles as outlined in their lease."

"Very safe and quiet community. Gated entrance. Amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, workout room, pool table, wine-down Saturday, dog park, multiple grills). Kind and welcoming staff. 2 car garage. Privacy patio. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Tons of cabinet space in the kitchen. No carpet (a positive if you have dogs). Huge fan of the built-in desk in the upstairs hallway. Overall, couldn’t be happier."

"Had a bad neighbor a while back. She accused me of moving her things and threatened to call the police. She demanded I show her my license plate and open my garage. She tried coming back the next day to offer some pest control chemicals and her large dog ran into my apt. I’ve seen a couple of strange people living here and I just hope they vet the applicants better for the future. We are in the process of moving out now. It’s not the worst place to live, the area is nice."

"The maintenance team is by far the best I have ever seen at an apartment complex. If I could rate them separately, they would get all the stars. The front office is very often unresponsive to phone calls and emails. The garages were the selling point for us, and the apartments are decent, but very little natural light downstairs. My opinion really went south after move out. We paid a very substantial fee to break our lease. We always paid rent on time and took excellent care of the property. We hired move out cleaners and sent photo proof of the spotless apartment to Heather. When we finally received our deposit back, it seems they still charged us a $300 cleaning fee and well as a painting fee? I have never heard of a painting fee. There was no response when we asked about these charges. Just seems like money grubbing behavior that leaves a sour taste, especially considering the rent prices we had been paying. Hoping management learns that these icky practices do more damage to a company’s reputation than its worth."

"My husband and I had the best experience here! We stayed for 14 months until we moved into our new home. The front office staff were amazing and very responsive to our needs. Maintenance also went above and beyond and were highly responsive. The complex is well maintained and a classy place to live. Only complaint was more of a structural issue -because we lived in a two bedroom which had two flights of stairs and with the kitchen being on the second floor, made Costco runs a nightmare. We would obviously get the three bedroom if we were to do it all over. Overall this place has been the best place to live and oh location was perfect. Shopping!!!!"
