"I have lived here many years lately they have had mistakes in their paper work cant seem to find the mistake"

"Worst apartment ever! In the two years I’ve lived there only 2 washers and 2 dryers work for all 55 multi family units and the other 3 were never fixed. Many lower units flood every year. My ceiling leaked after months being there, NEVER fixed after many maintenance requests. Finally I could afford the few hundred extra to move into a new complex and even though i take pride in my home and I professionally cleaned my unit upon exiting they withheld HALF of my deposit for cleaning fees, carpet maintenance and maintenance labor. I’ve seen them go thru 4 property managers within that time. Each one complaining that they are doing everything they can to run the property well and IT’S THE OWNERS that don’t want to keep up on it. AC barely works cuz it’s so old, no insulation so you hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. Go elsewhere! Pay the lil bit more to go to a more updated place with more professionalism, it’ll save you many headaches. I feel so bad for the tenants still there cuz one positive thing I can say is the people that live there are kind wonderful people and are victims of horrible landlords."

"Terrible Supervision, We are tenants who were promised a reduction of price because the A/C system was outdated our house reached 101 degrees we had to stay in Hotels or another families house to during this which costed alot of money. We were told by the Supervisor that $400 would be reduced from our rent. Then the Supervisor Carmen tried to take back the offer and say we there was a miscommunication between her property Manager and her. That's not the tenants fault. When contacted to talk she threatened us with eviction and hung up the phone. Not a place people want to live that's why they leave after their year is up. Future Tenants your request won't be fixed and you have to deal with bad customer service."

"This apartment complex is overpriced and management is the worst experience I ever had. I was so thankful my lease was month to month... The units do not have hot water heaters and you will have to take cold showers. There are many other complexes in the area that offer so much more and don’t take advantage of military veterans and renters.... The on-site Manager and the management company refused to give back my security deposit... I made 37 calls and stop by the office 12 times over 31 days and only after threatening a lawsuit was my deposit returned to me but I had to drive to Sacramento to pick it up.... Do not rent from this apartment complex you will regret it!"
