"Place is terrible management is terrible they never come to my apartment and fix anything I have a fire hazard in my room I told them about it they never came also the pool doesn’t look like the picture at all it’s green and nasty looking I’ve been here for 5 years and the pool never been open since 2019 terrible this place is not anything like they say it is 0 stars."

"It only has a one because I couldn't leave a review unless I did. I moved in when it was newly renovated with my new born daughter This place had roaches and still does on top of black mold. They are doing so many things that I'm sure are against the law. I lived there for a year and a half and had nothing but problems. They do nothing but cut corners and lie ! There are 186 units and no on site manager but there is a supposed maintenance man there who never answers his phone and always says he'll tell the office knowing there's no one in there. The city of Vacaville allowed it to happen they are crooked as well. I'm sure it's because the state approved funds for that place to get remodeled but it is still garbage. The building inspector came and told me that three things were substandard and then wrote in his report that he didn't find anything substandard however if I needed something done to please do it . I had /have photos ,documents and everything.He never returned my calls when I tried to contact to ask him why he lied. I wish I knew who to contact to take them to court. Do not rent from there you will regret it I don't care what any of these other reviews say!!!"

"Just like the rest of the low income apartments in this county all the mangers are crooks. These people had advertisements showing they had units available when they really didn’t. They lie to get you too come in and pay the application fee which is $40 per adult. After gathering all your paperwork paycheck stubs etc… they tell you that you weren’t approved but they don’t tell you why you weren’t approved. So that’s $40+ bucks you’re out and they have your personal information. I wonder if corporate knows that Courtne is staging fake rentals to get folks to come in and pay that application fee and she pockets the money for herself or are they telling her to do this? I wonder. My message to people looking for housing is to not fall victim of their scam if you see any low income apartment or affordable housing apartment that’s accepting applications RUN……. They are not accepting applications it’s a lie nobody is moving out of their low income place during these dark economical times. Be safe everyone it’s about to get ugly."

"I lived in this place for 10 years. NEVER had any issues with management until the current "manager," if that's what you can call her, moved in. There are multiple tenants that have complained of "lost" or "missing" rent checks. Then were manipulated and forced out. Seems suspicious that so many people would have "lost" rent checks, and they all were people that had problems with the "manager." Maybe an investigation into this situation should happen. So many claims of fraud, disrespect, mismanagement and a complete disregard for the position held. The city or even the state should be looking into this place. Definitely should be looking into this manager."
