"I had a wonderful experience with the manager Sandra and her assistant Andre. The maintenance technician Rudy is so great and appreciate all their attention to updating the property and addressing issues accordingly."

"They are now under new management. They are making unecessary repairs and property management can’t seem to properly communicate what time or date vendors will be entering our homes. It’s difficult to live here now and feel comfortable, as I had maintenance knock once on my door unexpectedly, and enter my apartment before I had a chance to tell them to hold on. Most recently I was told to empty our closet for the electrical panels to be replaced, then after was informed that Sandra, the property manager communicated the wrong date to our entire area (about 6 units). Everyone prepared for the new date provided, but the electrician STILL showed up on the original date. They consistently say they are going to enter our apartment, and then either not show up, or show up completely unexpectedly on the wrong day. I highly recommend looking into other complexes, this one does not respect its residents or their privacy."

"I'm pleased that the new management has been doing their best to fix the issues left behind from previous management. Besides waiting on a working washing machine in our unit, which Andre has been very diligent in getting taken care of for us, my biggest concern is the other tenants being respectful of the space we all share. Specifically picking up after their dogs. I've already stepped in feces twice in a matter of 2 months of living here. It's particularly bad in the dog park area. This is particularly disappointing and annoying considering poop bags and a rake with pan are readily available to clean up after themselves. Possibly either door-to-door notice or meeting could be useful to spread awareness of this issue."

"Recently went under new managment. And now trash is being neglected. Sandra and Andre are the new management and they come off rude and unapproachable."

"This place is disgusting. Management does not care about the cockroaches, they do little to nothing to solve the persisting issue. This is my fourth encounter with cockroaches. Various neighbors have said they see them outside at night. The only way they will let me out of my lease is if I show them proof of having a disability. FPI management is unprofessional and worthless. Corporate does not answer their phones nor do they return phone calls either. Nobody stays here more than a year because FPI management sucks and does not care about their residents. (Their reasoning for the cockroaches is that they are outdoor cockroaches and aren’t a big issue. If that’s the case then why do they keep on coming inside?)"
