Villa Creek Apartments

"My husband and I have been living here for over a year now. Manager and property worker, Sandra and Julio, have been incredible and attentive. The apartments are also spacious and the community is overwhelmingly welcoming and clam. However, it seems minimal resources are supplied to maintain and upkeep property amenities. For example, the jacuzzi/hot tub is not functioning correctly. It is only slightly warmer than the pool (which is extremely cold). Since we moved in it wasn't working and it's been over a year and it still hasn't been fixed. Also, many washers and dryers are often out of order/not working. As well, the parking is definitely an issue. There are not enough parking spots, folks are continuously parking in the wrong spots. This is partly because most of the numbers are faded out, they haven't been repainted, which makes parking a lot more difficult. Rent continues to increase even though there seem to be no improvements made to property amenities. This property has the potential to be a marvelous complex if additional resources were directed towards improving the property."

"I began living at Villa Creek in 2010, when the complex was under different management. I found the community safe, friendly, and aesthetically pleasant. I had a wonderful relationship with the managers at the time and was saddened when they left. When new management came in, I was initially skeptical. However, this management company has met and exceeded my expectations! They brought in a new level of comfort and amenities to the community. They installed completely new laundry facilities that offer app-driven machines (no more collecting quarters!), maintain beautiful landscaping, ensure effective and prompt repairs, and have a dynamite community director. There are also periodic events and newsletters to create connection. I and my children are so glad to be here and plan to stay for quite some time!"

"Villa Creek is very family oriented, when my boyfriend and I were looking for a bigger apartment for our growing family Sarah encouraged me to check in with her weekly to see if there was anything available that fit our price range and she actually reached out to us when an apartment that would be perfect for us became available."

"I have been living in this complex now for almost 10 years, and recently was taken over by a property management company. Since they have taken over I have been empressed with the staff. Sarah the office manager and Nick and his maintence staff are amazing. I have needed stuff done to my place and they have been quick and kept in communication to get the job done. All staff are friendly amd make sure that everything is good. It is very easy to get ahold of them through email or onsite."

"Let me first start out by saying FPI Management is NOT pro-military. My husband is active duty which means we had to break our lease due to his orders, this should not have been as hard as it was. When we first went into the office to let them know we would be breaking our lease, it was nothing but arguments and them trying to find out confidential information on where he was going, when he was leaving, and they stated they would not accept the paperwork we were trying to give them from the military itself. It took almost a full month for them to corporate which resulted in us having to pay another months rent payment. I cleaned the apartment for 3 days and made sure everything was in tact just like we moved in but somehow they found a way to charge us almost the full deposit. I called today and the office manager (Sarah), who is just rude as can be, said the place was left a mess. This place is a joke. Our bathroom fan was broken when we moved in they told us they weren’t going to fix it, the bathroom grew mold which I cleaned every week. I’ll say it again, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I’m not going to apologize for my husbands oath to protect and serve this county. GOOD JOB GIVING FPI MANAGEMENT A BAD NAME. The only nice thing I have to say is the head of maintenance (Vince) is a really great person and will do everything he can to help."
