"We ordered tile, grout, mortar and metal edging a few weeks back. On install day our tile installer mentioned they sold me the wrong metal edge trim size. It was too big for that particular tile. It made our installer very unhappy and he had to do some weird feathering of the mortar to get the tile to meet the metal trim correctly. I talked to the Tile Shop about this and he said 'yes, we don't have that particular size needed for this tile so we gave you the next size up'. Instead you should have told me what size was needed so I could have ordered the proper one somewhere else? Anything to get us to buy their product I guess. Double check that your metal edge size is ACTUALLY what is needed for your tile."

"I wish I have seen the recent reviews before going there. I completely agree with the recent 1 star reviews. They will go above and beyond to get your business but once you gave them the business then you will be done. I have ordered tiles for my business and the tiles came in with uneven shape. I called the sales rep "Justin" who sold this tiles to me. I have sent them the pictures as well and he told me that he will contact the customer service and will update me. I never received any follow up from him and I have installed the tiles because I can not wait for a month when the my project is already started. I called him few days ago to follow up and he said since I have installed the tiles there is nothing they can do. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Please do not go there, there are many other good stores that offer good prices, great prices and great customer service."

"Just like the past two reviews that I see their customer service is terrible! All they wanna do is argue that they are correct and not fix the actual problem. Justin sold me the wrong mastic and then claimed that any tile that I bought could be used on the wall or the floor so they gave me what they thought would work. It did not in fact work and they did not offer to replace it."

"Every visit was bad customer service. My first visit I was incessantly followed up and down the aisles and the employee refused to let me browse despite multiple requests to be left alone. I was told that I couldn't check out samples and had to purchase them, but that a return period wasn't enforced for these samples. Despite my receipt stating that the return period was wide open, a different employee refused to accept my new, unused single tile return citing their 60-day return policy; I was only a few weeks beyond this 60-day period and again, my receipt stated this policy did not apply to my purchase. The fact that I had purchased more than $8,000 of Tile Shop tile the week before and had a valid return receipt was apparently irrelevant, they kept blankly repeating that there was a policy and there was nothing they could do. A separate time, another employee who hadn't been involved with my shopping took it upon themself to look up my name, research my builder, and contacted my builder to request a copy of my house plans under the guise of "helping" me. It felt like a weird invasion of my privacy and unnecessary."

"Drove an hour and a half to this specific store.Walked into the store with several associates working. I even said hello to one of them, they did not say hello back. Never asked if we needed help the entire 15 minutes we were there or asked if we needed help. Not one person acknowledged our existence. Lost a sale today."
