"Store is neat and professional but the staff are very uppity and unfriendly. Not once have I been greeted or acknowledged by a staff member upon entering despite visiting the store many times. I’ve even had a staff member slyly look at me (but never saying anything, despite her acknowledging my presence) until I had to ask her if I could get a fitting room open, even though I had been carrying around clothing the whole time. The terrible customer service is really the only reason I hesitate shopping there."
