"We were on our way through Madison when the motor on our car blew. We made it into the parking lot of this Advance Auto Parts store. Shane, who's an employee there, was soooo very helpful and tried everything he could to get our car going (at that time we did not know yet what was wrong). He went out of his way to help. Seriously, if every employee anywhere would be this kind and take customer service to this level, people would come back to enjoying shopping in person."

"Normally a store like this would get a 3 star because it is what it is. Nothing special about it. Except the guy who helped me was so incredible. Looking at my car, showing me things, explaining things and then guiding me to where each thing was. I know air filters are not sexy, but I needed one and this guy was exceptional and kind and patient. I only want to go back and get all my items from this location only."
"I love this place because they had the fuel filters I needed for my 1995 Town Car in stock and they were a lot easier to find than any other parts store in the area which was crucial because the filter became clogged on my way back to the Northwoods and I needed a new one and a spare asap. I ordered them online to get a 20% discount then walked in the store and picked them up at the counter. I like advance because the order online and pick up in store saves me money on everything and they're always nice. Thanks for helping me get back on the road! Update: It's been almost a year since I had to replace the fuel filter there on the pavement and she's back in service for another several feet of snow."
