"I’ve been going here for 6 years and have never been disappointed after a visit. My eyebrows always come out the same shape that I want (I come consistently for cleanups, about every 4-5 weeks). Honestly, sometimes the employees will be on their phone when I go but that has been far and few in the grand scheme of the amount of times I’ve been there. I don’t plan to stop going to Ridhi’s and recommend everyone give them a try for threading!"
"Last time I went was the worst. Girl was on the phone the whole time and even while she was threading my face. She looked new. Her spit even went on my face. I was so scared to tell her to stop cause i didn't want her to mess with eyebrows in the process. I usually like to not be in a chair when i tell someone a critique. I really wanted to walk out. If i ever get treated like this again, i hope to advocate for myself. There are better people around town who are polite and cleanly. It was not even either. I had an okay experiences previously so i thought i would stop in but nope never again here. Rather go with people i can trust to do good. This place needs more professionalism and courtesy to clients."
"I was there yesterday around 5:30 pm. The worker made negative smirks while she checked out an older black woman, whom by the way tipped her $5. She then removed a huge chunk of my eyebrow. I have microblading but you can see the empty space. She also made them too thin. I hope the owner sees this I had been going there many years. If the point was to communicate you prefer nonblack clients I got it."
"I’ve been coming here since I moved to the Milwaukee area in 2015. I’ve always been happy with how my eyebrows look and they are always quick and efficient and always very friendly when I come in. I love that they have a stamp card as well as it gets me a free eyebrow threading after 8 uses!"
"I've been going to this place since I started getting my eyebrows threaded & everyone is extremely friendly, the place is very clean, & you are always taken right away!! I have come to find that the ONLY person I don't have to pluck or fix my eyebrows after is Siri, she is one of the BEST employees they have!!! I hope she keeps up the great work!! I do tip either way but from now I'm going in when she is working because I NEVER have to fix anything after!!"
