"I grew my eyebrows out for almost 2 months and then trusted her to shape them. She removed almost everything and left me with 90's skinny brows with almost no arch, and each brow was a different shape. THEN SHE TOLD ME WHAT TO PUT ON THEM TO MAKE THEM GROW BACK. I went to my grampa's funeral with those eyebrows. This was after one attempt to make an appointment over the phone, and FOUR attempts at a walk-in at different hours of the morning/afternoon, only to be met with a handwritten sign saying she's at "lunch." I'm truly baffled to see such good ratings- maybe she does well with the other services she provides, whenever she actually is in her studio- but I've warned anyone who values their brows to never consider her as an option. I could have paid a teenager to do a more professional threading job."
"I love this place! My go too! She always lets me know that 2:30-4:00 she isn’t here and writes signs on her door. She does very good service. Especially eyelash extensions, facials, and eyebrows! Definitely recommend!!!"
