"Really bad costumer service. If you get the gentleman ask for another tech, he does not take his time with your nails nor does he listen to you when you ask him questions about what he’s doing. I came in with acrylic overlay on my natural nail and asked for a soak off and overlay set again on my natural nails instead he decided to put overlay on my existing acrylic overlay when I asked for a soak off and ended up breaking one of my natural nails while doing so. The overlay was applied carelessly and very unsanitary, the fact he just laughed when I spoke was disrespectful, I wanted to be existing overlay gone and he completely avoided that process and went right into another overlay. It took me months to grow my nails to the length I did and for it to be broken off because of a poor acrylic application is very heart breaking. I got them done Tuesday and it’s Saturday. The nail broke off yesterday and the other hands nails are lifting again causing my natural nail to leave with it. I am here now trying to get a fix and he is refusing to do service with me due to him not understanding what I’m trying to say. This is the second time I’ve experienced negativity from him personally and I do not recommend him as a tech AT ALL! He needs to find something else to do where it requires less patience, as for other tech I’m unaware of their nail service but most seem nice"

"I have been going to this place for the last couple of years every 2 wks for my dip. Lately I have noticed a huge difference in quality, for sure getting worse. I went there last week for a dip and my nails looked like they were done by a first grader, then I went back yesterday and had them redone. They looked great, today I have to go back again because the clear coat fell off. Very frustrating, what a waste of my time."

"Don't go here! Looks like a 3 year old did my nails. I even told them to fix it, and this is the best that they can do. They were not rude, but they have no skills to do nails. My friend went with me as well and got her nails done by a different person and the same her nails were not done well at all."
