"If I could give a zero star review, I would. I expect every place to properly clean their equipment after each use. The workstation, combs, clippers, and brush had hair all over it from the previous person. I understand that being hair-free is impossible. But that was disgusting. If this is the standard practice for all Great Clips, I will not be coming back. Only reason I went here was because my regular place was closed."
"I went there yesterday for a trim on my short hair. The stylist pushed too hard or something and scraped both sides of my neck. I did let her know it was hurting. She tried another clipper but still scraped my skin. Badly. I did not know this was possible since it had never happened before. When I went home, I checked in the mirror, and both sides of my neck were injured, and my hair was not uniform in the back. I then went back to the salon and spoke with a manager who fixed my hair, refunded my money, and put an ointment on my scrapes. She was great."

"I will never come back here. The ladies here are nice and friendly, but gosh darn it, they never did what I asked. I'm newer to the area and a low maintenance person, so I was looking for somewhere quick and easy in the area to get my hair done. I went with pictures the 3 or 4 times I went here and every single time they failed to do what I asked. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after my most recent visit, I'm just done. I wasn't even looking for anything complicated on any of my trips. My hair is barely chin length..."
